Learn French Cards App Reviews

Its absolutely unforgivable to create a teaching tool that teaches incorrect French. I spent two minutes on the app, looked at five flash cards and found two mistakes with what little French I do know and summarily deleted the app. Dont waste your time downloading!

Its good app for learning basic noun translations though I do strongly agree that the genders should have been included seeing as how EVERY french noun has one. But as I said, a good app for beginners.

My girls and I love these flash cards and have fun learning French with them. The only thing I really dislike is the picture of the spider! It is so creepy! My girls are enjoying scaring me with it. Please change the picture! Please?!? :)

Looks promising, but a vocabulary app of all things should not have a spelling mistake ("utensiles" should be ustensiles). Words are presented without indicating whether they are feminine or masculine, which is essential for learning proper French.

excellent! exactly what youd expect from flashcards. i only wish you had the option of turning off the images. other than that, i looove

Unlocked it, then wont open any longer, just shows blank white screen. Please fix it.

The prononce is so clear and it come with english translation.. Some topics have video so it will be catchy for the kids and adult... Very very good app to memorize the words in french.. Recommended

I love love love this app but it doesnt have the male female article before any of the words and that makes teaching words to kids very difficult.my son has learned all of these words on this app which is wonderful but he has no idea if they are masculine or feminine, which is detrimental to him learning how to speak French. Please add the articles before all of the French words!

Good but the video has stopped working even when clicked on and the articles le and la are not shown with the word so one cannot learn the gender of each word. The colours and pictures are great. Please fix. Thank you.

This app is very helpful in my journey of learning French! The only drawbacks, like other peep have said, you need articles! Or something to clarify the gender of the nouns! and what the words meant was a bit unclear in the section that covered body parts. But otherwise, I prefer not having the English translation and just having the image. But otherwise, jaime lapplication!

Please fix the spelling errors. The voice is good, but I give a "1" because this app is full of spelling errors and there arent accents in ant of the words!

My 2 year old enjoys it. As a French teacher, however, I agree that it needs definite or indefinite articles so students innately learn gender... SO important in French. Thanks for the high number if vocab words, good variety of categories... and the enthusiastic voice-over work. Get that gal back in the studio to record some un/une le/la and I would give 5 stars... and recommend it to my students, too! Merci quand même!

Downloaded this twice and both times it would not open... I like the English versions of the app, hoping this will be fixed.

Please fix the crash on this app! Im taking French at school and this is really helpful, except that every time I open this app, eventually it crashes! Please fix this problem asap!

Too bad there are so many spelling mistakes! I agree with so many others, it is almost worthless without the articles. If those problems would be fixed, it would be a great app.

I wish it had more categories added.
