A few probs

i love this app but some of the pictures r really hard to figure out what they are. u shud really put more accurate pictures on than just random ones.

Spelling mistakes and horrible accent

Cons: This would have been a five star app if: - it didnt have that huge amount of spelling mistakes; - the words were pronounced with an authentic Parisian accent. This may be an automated voice program but the girl is a Quebecor using "media accent". This may only be useful if you are planning a career in the French Canadian TV... - It would be also great if the words come with bigger font. - please add articles, i.e: un, une, le, la. Pros: - Real images rock. - Availability in other languages makes it easy for polyglot babies to learn. - Great entertaining app on the go.

Nf4

My 3year old likes it, but the sound no longer works and the app stops running and jumps to a blank screen frequently. Ill be deleting this one and the other flash languages I have!

Not a finished product

Just like the English version, it is very frustrating for children to only have sounds on a few items, and not to be able to swipe backwards. In addition, this French version has no accents on words, no gender, and items are sometimes singular and sometimes plural. A work in progress that could have been excellent....

Great

My kids favorite Ed app for French immersion

Poor spelling, incorrect vocabulary, missing articles

There are too many spelling mistakes !!! The articles un, une , des are missing. Too many words are not correct: for instance "diamant instead of losange. It has been literrally translated. In order to use this application, it had to be corrected. Moreover, it sounds like an automatic voice:( If you need any help correcting, I can do it. But please CORRECT IT !!!! Thanks

Ugh

The review of some of the errors is correct, but what annoys me is that it has ads and my baby who the app is for hits the ads on the screen almost every time. Horrible design decision.

Where

I dont get the sound either...

Advertisements

There are general electric ads at the bottom of the screen. Why put ads into a program you pay for? My child clicks on "join AARP" and i worry i will get billed since Apple stinks and forces you to give a credit card number to go on the internet w the iPad. What a scam. Remove the ads, especially for childrens content!

Love it

Best app ever :D

Love this ap!

I think this ap is so much better than regular flash cards that dont have sound! The pictures are bright & helpful. I am waiting for the next level to be available!

Very nice

Thank you Tamim my baby loves it

Great practice for my kids!

My kids love it and its great practice for them! Has the pronunciation and a wide variety of words.

)..;

This app wont install on my phone & im not sure why i have full 3G and when i turn on my WIFI i have full wifi? I also have plenty of space in my phone

Used to be better

Until they took away the words at the top. Still good for free

Straight and simple

We love it

Get it

Get this app!!! It allows for repeated pronunciation and practice which allows me to help my K4 French immersion son!!!

Lacks the articles

Very good app, I would pay for the upgrade if the words had the article that corresponds to each word. I use it to teach french to my son but masculin and feminine words in french are tricky, he might learn many vocabulary but without the correct article is as learning halve the word,

Good

Very good but my grandson should learn the articles for each noun. He is having fun.

Needs the articles!

I concur with other reviewers who note that the masculine/feminine articles are missing! While the idea is good, learning the correct articles for nouns is a CRITICAL part of learning French.
